It was wonderful to host Temitope Pereao as part of the Columbia Engineering the Next Generation (ENG) initiative, aimed at introducing research and developing academic and professional skills in high school students from the NYC area. Temitope was mentored by Hannah Haider and Yurui Chen for six weeks, culminating in Temitope giving an excellent presentation on Cardiovascular Biomechanics. We’d love to host Temitope again in the future.
